This immediately puts you in a position to accept a more realistic price for your home, while still affording you the opportunity to buy in the Evergreen Lifestyle Village of your choice. What’s more, our flexible pricing option can also be used as a way to liberate capital you may need to fund health care costs and levies. To enable this proposition to work, the capital that is returned to your estate at the termination of the life right is reduced to compensate for the price reduction up front.
