Val de Vie Evergreen

Evergreen Val de Vie, in the heart of the Cape Winelands, continues to set the benchmark for luxury retirement living. Since launching in 2018, we’ve completed 500 homes along with a 52-bed luxury healthcare facility offering comprehensive medical care in a tranquil, secure environment.

Currently under construction, at a cost of R150million, is a 4,500m² Lifestyle Centre, which will provide a vibrant hub for recreational and community engagement. This state-of-the-art, multi-functional facility, due for completion mid- 2025, will accommodate a restaurant and coffee shop, reading lounge, library, games rooms, two home theatres, a fully equipped gym, heated indoor swimming pool, and a beauty and wellness spa.

To meet ongoing demand, we’ve also commenced construction on 130 new homes, priced from R8 million, ranging in size from 150m² to 280m², due for completion by the end of 2025.

Evergreen Lake Michelle

At Evergreen Lake Michelle in Noordhoek, we’ve recently started construction on 80 new homes to complement the 31 already established in this peaceful eco-estate. Surrounded by rare wetlands and a protected salt marsh, this village is ideal for nature lovers and active retirees looking for a country- coastal retirement lifestyle.

The new homes—ranging from 150m² to 230m²—feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study, double garage, covered patio, and built-in braai. With prices starting from R6million, residents will enjoy sweeping views of the wetlands and mountains, and easy access to Noordhoek’s famous beaches and village life.

Evergreen Noordhoek

Our ever-popular Evergreen Noordhoek village continues to attract retirees seeking the perfect blend of coastal comfort and modern convenience. With 246 homes and a fully operational 3,500m² Lifestyle Centre already completed, the village is poised for further growth.

This year will see the addition of 104 spacious two-bedroom apartments along with a 32-bed luxury healthcare facility. All units offer panoramic views of the mountains and Noordhoek Beach, with prices starting from R4million.

Evergreen Sitari

Evergreen Sitari, situated within the award-winning Sitari Country Estate just outside Somerset West, offers a unique opportunity for retirees to enjoy an upmarket lifestyle at an accessible price point.

We launched Phase 1 in June 2024, with one-bedroom luxury suites priced from R880,000, with a fixed monthly levy of R2,500, for residents aged 70+.

The village includes communal dining and lounge areas, a games room, library, landscaped gardens, and a world-class healthcare centre staffed by caring professionals. Services include 24-hour nursing, wellness support, chronic disease and medication management, and emergency care.

Phase 2—featuring 190 two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes priced from R3million—will break ground later this year.

For those looking to move sooner, we currently have brand-new, move-in ready homes available at Val de Vie, Sitari, and Broadacres in Johannesburg’s northern suburbs. All other villages are currently sold out.
