So, based on repeated requests by clients looking for rental retirement accommodation, we have decided to introduce rentals on our 1- and 2- bedroom suites at Evergreen Broadacres in Gauteng, and on our 1-bedroom suites at Evergreen Sitari.

In addition, we’ve made it even easier for you by including the levies and rates in the monthly rental cost. Our minimum lease period is 12 months, with a deposit of one month’s rental, paid in advance.

Furthermore, for those who decide to purchase a Life Right within 6 months of leasing your apartment, Evergreen will offset your rental payments against the purchase price.
