1. Home-based care
Our discreet home-based care is tailored to the individual needs of our residents and covers the full range of healthcare requirements. This includes:

• Nursing care – where an individual plan of care is implemented by a registered nurse in consultation with a doctor.
• Basic healthcare – where home health carers assist our residents with basic personal needs like getting out of bed, walking, bathing and dressing.
• Medical social services.
• Nutritional support. 

A multi-disciplinary team consisting of a physiotherapist, occupational therapist and speech therapist is also available to help residents with specialised requirements.

2. Assisted living
This long-term care option gives our residents the freedom to live independently, with their day-to-day needs fully supported by our highly experienced team of carers. Our offering includes 24-hour supervision, meals, assistance with personal care, administration of medication and occupational therapy.

3. In-patient care
Evergreen Care Centres are staffed by experienced doctors, registered nurses and therapists who work in multi-disciplinary teams to provide professional treatment and compassionate care designed to meet the needs of each resident. 24-hour nursing care is provided by our team of professional nurses and includes frail care, post-operative and convalescent care, specialised wound care, rehabilitation, pain management, palliative care, dementia care and more. 

4. Health and wellness
Regular wellness checks at our villages encourage healthy living, with personalised care and support being provided to help our residents set new health goals and identify areas for improvement.
